Self-defense for women
Characteristics:
We try to increase the physical fitness and psychological resistance of students in stressful situations. The techniques are adapted to the lesser physical construction of women. Techniques are simple and effective. In lessons we aim to self-defense and prevention. It starts from simple exercises and we continue with complex combinations. Unfortunately, the system of compensation or transfers during the year is unacceptable.
The aim of the lessons is to improve physical and mental condition.
Needed:
sportswear (no zipper), drink. indoor shoes
